Today after church we had a wonderful opportunity to baptize three of our church members. This wasn't a planned event but we've had a visitor sit in on our classes and he's been considering staying as a student permanently. The other day he was curious on baptism and what the Bible said about it. After explaining it to him he told us he was baptized before but not of his own will but he was just told to do it, and this was before he accepted Christ. We asked him if he would now like to make the choice for himself and he was excited for this opportunity. We announced to our church that after service we would be baptizing him and anyone else is free to join. Two women in the church also wanted to be baptized. This was a great opportunity because we just went over the importance of baptism in our classes at CBI.

Please keep Ian in your prayers as he is still deciding whether or not to stay as a student permanently. He has been offered to sit in on the classes as long as it takes for him to decide and if he decides to stay he will have a full scholarship.

Prayer requests and ways to support

As we continue through the school year more opportunities come up more ministry which puts more on our plates. i believe we could all use prayer for help in these new ministries and that we continue to keep our eyes on God and not try to do it all ourselves.

Recently we have had contact from several people that they would like to come as students to the bible college. pray that God would open the door for each of these people so that they could come and spend a year in Gods word with us and learn what it is like to live a life of ministry.
